|Introduction||I am a management consultant with international experience in strategy development, business turnarounds, venture capital, M&As and project management work.
Drawing on knowledge and experience gained over a number of years with international companies in the corporate world, I have been privileged to help a broad portfolio of clients to achieve profitable, sustainable business growth.
My clients range from blue-chip organisations to privately owned companies, in a cross-section of industries and business types.
Working in the role of consultant or non-executive director, I have helped to develop my clients’ businesses in a number of ways, including the following.

|Biography||I was born and brought up in Wales, and attended Cantonian High School in Cardiff. I studied Economics and Marketing at the University of Bristol, and went on to gain an MBA from London Business School. I have also undertaken various short courses as part of my commitment to continuing professional development.
Before setting up TCii Strategic and Management Consultants, I spent over 20 years in the corporate world with GSK and Henkel, managing consumer goods and services businesses, living in 14 different countries and working in 30 in Europe, North America, Asia and the Russian Federation. I have also served as a UK Director of Carphone Warehouse and as a Non-Executive Director of Holt Lloyd.
I have consulted for a wide range of businesses, from multinationals to start-ups and growing organisations. I have a “hands on” approach and stay involved with client projects through to the achievement of agreed results. My particular areas of expertise include:

I set up TCii Strategic and Management Consultants in 1999. As well as our head office in London and our Scottish office in Edinburgh, we now have branch offices in Germany, France, Portugal, Italy, Poland, the Russian Federation, the UAE, India, China, Malaysia, Australia and Sweden.
TCii’s specialities include business growth, turnaround management, mergers and acquisitions, market analysis, strategic and tactical planning and implementation, team building, and extensive cross-cultural and emerging market experience.
I consider myself to be a well-adjusted workaholic. I enjoy travelling to exotic countries, consulting on tough business issues, and going to the theatre. I am married and I live in London.
After 20 years as a country and regional MD with one of Europe’s largest fast moving consumer goods companies, I now specialise in enabling corporate change through strategy, people and processes. I enjoy helping people in both manufacturing and service industries to embrace change positively and successfully.
Over the years I have given numerous keynote presentations for organisations such as management training providers, banks, law firms, and various chambers of commerce including those of Finland, Monaco and London. I venture to say that my efforts are always well received, and generate excellent feedback for the event hosts. I have also mentored politicians, sportspeople and CEOs in the UK and internationally.
I regularly speak on conference platforms and deliver workshops and seminars for a variety of organisations, ranging from corporates to third-party training providers. I always aim to create novel and participative presentations and workshops that engage head, heart and hand, in order to nurture and invigorate resourcefulness and learning. I make available to delegates the numerous “best business practice” white papers I have written, based on the consultancy work that I and my colleagues have carried out with a broad range of both small and international corporate clients.
